JinkoSolar Tiger Neo 3.0 — JKM650N-66QL6-BDV

Key Specifications

  • N-type TOPCon cells — lower degradation than P-type PERC over the module's lifetime
  • Bifacial dual-glass design tuned for rear-side light capture
  • 5400 Pa front / 2400 Pa rear static load rating — suited to heavy snow/wind regions
  • 12-year product / 30-year linear performance warranty

The JKM650N-66QL6-BDV is part of JinkoSolar's third-generation Tiger Neo platform, which moved the company's entire N-type TOPCon lineup to a 66-cell, large-wafer layout. N-type cells avoid the boron-oxygen light-induced degradation that limits older P-type PERC panels, which typically shows up as a slower, steadier power loss curve over the module's lifetime.

As a bifacial, dual-glass module, it also captures reflected light on its rear surface — the platform's cell structure is tuned specifically for rear-side light absorption, rather than being a standard front-side TOPCon cell simply mounted behind clear glass.

Mechanically, the module is certified to a 5400 Pa front-side and 2400 Pa rear-side static load rating — well above typical residential wind/snow load codes — making it a reasonable choice for regions with heavier snow loads or higher wind exposure.

JinkoSolar backs the platform with a 12-year product workmanship warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty: a slightly shorter product warranty than LONGi's HPBC line above, paired with the well-established field track record of TOPCon as today's mainstream high-efficiency cell technology.
