Deye BOS-G-PDU-2 — Battery Cluster Control Unit
The management and protection unit of a BOS-G battery stack: it balances, protects and connects 3 to 12 BOS-G modules to the hybrid inverter as one battery.
Part of the system: Deye BOS-G — Modular High-Voltage Battery System
Key Specifications
- One unit per BOS-G stack (3–12 modules)
- Cell balancing, protection and inverter communication
- 3U, 19-inch rack format with local display and isolator
- 10-year warranty with the BOS-G system
A BOS-G battery module on its own is only cells. The BOS-G-PDU-2 sits at the top of the rack and turns the stack into a working battery: it monitors the voltage and temperature of every module, balances the cells, opens the circuit on a fault, and communicates with the Deye hybrid inverter so the whole stack is seen as a single, coherent battery.
It is built as a 3U, 19-inch rack unit with a local display, an ON/OFF isolator and the main P+/P− terminals for the stack. One PDU is required per stack of 3 to 12 BOS-G-Pack5.1 modules; it is supplied and commissioned together with the modules and the rack, never on its own.
